We’re Shane Moore and Mason Pietsch, the founders of Icon Building Company.

We started Icon with one goal: to make the pre‑engineered metal building process straightforward, transparent, and centered around the customer. From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, we handle design, supply, and erection with a commitment to quality and clear communication.

Together, we’ve designed and managed 500,000+ sq ft of PEMB projects across Texas — from 20’x20’ backyard shops to 75,000‑sq‑ft commercial facilities. Along the way, we’ve been fortunate to learn from incredible mentors with decades of experience in the metal building industry. Their guidance has shaped our standards, our craftsmanship, and the way we approach every project.
