All deposits become non‑refundable after 7 days. In the event a cancellation occurs after engineering has started, any engineering fees incurred will be deducted from the deposit amount. Only the remaining balance, if any, will be eligible for refund.
All materials must be unloaded by the customer at the time of delivery. Customers are responsible for having the proper equipment and manpower on-site to unload the shipment safely and efficiently.
If unloading cannot be completed due to lack of equipment or personnel, the carrier may charge additional fees for wait time, redelivery, or handling.
